Hook kit (Medical Device)

The hook kit has  been authorized for sale by Health Canada and the brackets are recognized as' Medical Device, (License 16513). A certificate of conformity, issued by Science and Medicine accompanies the crochet kit. Instructions for use are also included with the set of hooks.

Hooks are guaranteed 5  years under normal use. This warranty is not valid for breakage related to improper use of these (falls on the ground, storage in a humid place, etc.).

For daily use with your patients, your hooks  will not suffer  no wear and you can use them throughout your professional career.  

The kit  is exchangeable within 15 days after the date of receipt at the customer's expense. The refund will be made after receipt of the item by Fibrolysis.

The brackets are checked  a second time when sending them. In the event of a defect, the return costs  will be borne by  Fibrolysis and Fibrolysis undertakes to return a new kit to the customer.

Deliveries will be made by a carrier and will be sent within a  48 hours for orders placed before 5 p.m. on Wednesdays. For orders made after Wednesday 5 p.m. dispatch  will be carried out the following Monday.

Items will be secure  before sending and customer will need to sign  upon receipt of the items.

the  delivery price will be based  on a shipment  standard and will depend on your location.

It is important to note that if the shipment  is destined for the United States, customs charges will be borne by the customer.
